Checks Added
- Trim + Uppercase for text fields
- Date output in proper Excel date format
- Font Verdana, size 8, center alignment in downloaded Excel
- Sum Insured must be ≥ ₹1,00,000
- Insured and Nominee should not be same
- Insured Age = DATEDIF(DOB, Disbursement Date, "Y") and must be 18 to 65
- Mobile number must be 10 digits
- Pincode must be 6 digits
- LS Amount must be ≥ ₹1,370
